Context

My name's Scott. I'm an author, coffee pro, vinyl lover, RPG enthusiast, and husband to the smartest woman in the world.

I spent the 2010s writing and publishing comic books, publishing articles in magazines and blogs, playing vinyl records on the Chicago radio airwaves, and deep-diving into the world of specialty coffee. I have a BA in philosophy and creative writing from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL and an MBA from National Louis University in Chicago, IL.

Today, I travel around the country consulting folks on their specialty coffee business. I also write articles and blog posts, and I'm the founder of the Chicago Coffee Collective - an online community focused on growing connections in the Chicago coffee community and beyond through communication, resource-sharing, mentorship, and events.
